Then we are looking exactly for you! The PositionThe RSM EECCA (m/f/d) must be able to build up a distribution network, serve direct and key accounts, operate OEM business and manage sales channels. Communication with the distributors will be important, as there will be key accounts in the countries that are served directly by Process Insights. Special sensitivity and diplomacy will be required here to find the best way to guarantee local support and still be able to sell the products to key customers at globally agreed prices. The new position holder (m/f/d) will report to the Manager Sales EMEA, who in turn will report to the Director Sales & Marketing EMEA. Functionally, the person will report to the respective brand in the matrix structure and will be led and managed from there. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Support to the sales team and distributors to maximize their performance.- Conduct regular performance reviews, set sales goals, and provide ongoing coaching and training.- Opening and direct management of selected markets jointly with the VP Sales:- Planning, organizing, and developing the distributor network in their area of responsibility.- Define, together with the Sales VP and/or commercial director, expansion and sales plans in their area.- Implementation of Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Marketing Department: Including the launch of new products and the implementation of product strategies in the region, coordinating sales team training, promotional programs, relationships with opinion leaders, and participation in congresses.- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential competitive threats.- Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve business objectives.- Develop and deliver company and product presentations to distributors, customers and stakeholders.- Reporting and Analysis: prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
