Deine Aufgaben Als E-Mail & CRM Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du bei der Umsetzung von E-Mail-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zum Kunden Hierbei erstellst du Datenselektionen für Zielgruppen und versendest Umfragen, Newsletter und Mailings in den entsprechenden Systemen Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Durchführung des Teilnehmermanagements und nimmst an Briefings mit internen Kunden teil Des Weiteren arbeitest du als E-Mail & CRM Manager (m/w/d) an der strategischen Ausrichtung der Kundenkommunikation mit Dabei unterstützt du beim Anforderungsmanagement für die verwendeten E-Mail-Kommunikationssysteme und bei der Analyse der Versendungsquantität und -qualität Ebenfalls wirkst du bei der Entwicklung von wirksamen Online-Direktmaßnahmen für das Kundendialog- und Beziehungsmanagement mit Dein Profil Du hast dein Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder ähnliches erfolgreich abgeschlossen Im Anschluss hast du bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit E-Mail-Redaktionstools, CMS und CRM-Systemen gesammelt Du besitzt erweiterte Kenntnisse mit MS-Office insb.
