About The Job:The Dogo team is working on an amazing product that helps dog parents train their dogs effectively. Dogo is the #1 dog training App in the world, used by more than 7 million users globally. We have been featured as App of the day in 100+ countries a couple of times.The performance marketing manager job at Dogo includes managing paid channels, crafting ideas for new creatives, launching experiments, analyzing data, etc. You will develop campaign structures with high revenue impact and reinforce the Dogo brand in the long term. You will be able to create paid acquisition strategies you think could help us increase the visibility of our app to millions of dog parents. One product - but unlimited possibilities to message the benefits to a passionate audience.What You Will Do:Fully manage paid media channels, contributing from App and Web campaign management. Particularly on Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads;Oversee our multi-channel paid acquisition strategy and manage a 6-digit monthly budget to maximize ROAS;Be a proactive self-starter who combines professional excellence and willingness to develop creative angles;Work continually with new ways how to improve campaign structure, testing, targeting, bidding strategies according to the goals;Create reports for the creative team to analyze the different angles of the ads, which versions perform the best, formulate hypothesis on how to iterate;Collaborate with other team members to improve the creatives, landing page, CLTV, user retention;Stay-up-to date with industry trends, competitor trends, user behavior to identify opportunities;Ensure our marketing tracking and policies are up to best practices;We Expect You To:Have at least 3 years of professional (agency, brand or startup) experience in B2C subscription based-app or gaming;Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, especially on Meta and Google UAC;Having previous experience with web channels, like Google Search, YouTube, Display is a plus;Strong analytical skills, ability to track KPIs, work with BI tools, run cohort analysis, and make data-driven decisions;Strong skills in understanding relevant regulations and best practices in data privacy (e.g. SKAN, Privacy Sandbox, Cookies);Proficiency in working with MMPs (e.g. Adjust), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;Experience in refining ad strategies based on campaign performance, product experience, seasonality, etc. Be results and performance-driven, but have no fear of failing;Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present marketing performance to various stakeholders (C-Level, Product, Revenue, Creative teams, All-Hands, etc);Always bring new ideas and improvements, be able to give and receive feedback;You are fluent in English (written and verbal);You love or even have a dog;Interested?
