Qualifikationen: - Ausbildung: Pharmareferent gemäß §75 AMG oder akademischer Abschluss (Bachelor, Master bevorzugt) in Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Paramedizin, Wirtschaft oder einem relevanten Bereich. - Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Arzneimittelverkauf oder in der medizinischen Versorgung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Biosimilars. Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Erreichen und Übertreffen von Vertriebszielen. - Selbstständigkeit und Teamarbeit: Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit sowie zur proaktiven Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Partnern. - Beziehungsaufbau: Aufbau effektiver, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu internen und externen Kunden. - OmniChannel Kundenkontaktpläne: Fähigkeit zur Gestaltung und Durchführung individueller Pläne. - Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
