Your main tasks: Promotion & marketing of spare parts, refurbishments & services including: technical-commercial presentations to customers Frequent customer visits on a global scale, often on short notice Elaboration of technical specifications, cost estimation ad commercial offers in coordination with commercial manager Technical follow-up of project Forecast of order potential for next financial year for dedicated customers / territory Technical support & advisory to sites in relation with spare parts requirements Periodic review of Paul Wurth installed base at customers, data collection in relation to: equipment lifetime, replacement frequency, man hours required for dedicated tasks, outsourcing Manage the interactions with the customers and our global group entities during Sales phase, execution phase and follow-up Preparation of customer trainings for repairs & maintenance of Paul Wurth equipment Continuous training to stay up-to-date with respect to technical upgrades of Paul Wurth equipment. What do we expect? B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering or equivalent work experience Strong technical basis, and good analytical skills for problem solving Know-how of Paul Wurth equipment and Service business in ironmaking is an asset Experience in field maintenance activities in ironmaking is an asset Experience in project and claim management is an asset Excellent communication & negotiation skills ERP (e.g. SAP, Microsoft) Fluency in English is required with good written an oral capability.
