Job Description :Role – Senior ConsultantTechnology – EUCLocation – GermanyJob DescriptionIn the role of Senior Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and testing. You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Skills:• Intune Platform set up and management with Autopilot• Device Management• Imaging and Windows as a ServiceRoles and Responsibilities:• 5+ years of experience in WAAS and AutoPilot.• WAAS life cycle and support. • Image creation for Desktop and Laptop, manage image life cycle.• Plan Win upgrades for WAAS and coordinate and execute the migration of the Windows clients. • Supporting and implementing Autopilot solutions.• Knowledge in Intune to design, build, implement MS Intune solutions. • Onboard new and existing Applications to Intune and publish it both internal and external users securely. • Manage and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune. • Ability to constantly be learning as the product evolves continually.• Be able to work individually and collaborate with internal teams effectively. • Incident service management logging of requests, support calls and escalating where appropriate into the Service Management tool.
