Die ILS zu00e4hlt zu den gröu00dften Leitstellen im Land Baden-Wu00fcrttemberg und ist in ihrem Zustu00e4ndigkeitsbereich Ansprechpartnerin fu00fcr u00fcber 710.000 Bu00fcrgerinnen und Bu00fcrger. Im Rahmen der ihr u00fcbertragenen Aufgaben ist sie fu00fcr die nichtpolizeiliche Gefahrenabwehr fu00fcr den Rhein-Neckar-Kreis sowie die Stadt Heidelberg zustu00e4ndig. Zu ihren Aufgaben zu00e4hlt unter anderem die Abfrage der europaweiten Notrufnummer 112, die gesamte Disposition der Notfallrettung und des Krankentransportes, die Alarmierung der Feuerwehren und des Katastrophenschutzdienstes sowie deren Einsatzunterstu00fctzung. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst im Wesentlichen Ganzheitliche Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Hochverfu00fcgbarkeitssysteme, im Einzelnen: Administration des Einsatzleitsystems, der Kommunikationstechnik sowie der sonstigen vorhandenen IT-Infrastruktur Administration der Virtualisierungsplattform und Netzwerkinfrastruktur Administration der vorhandenen Datenbanken Fehlersuche und Entstörung ggf. Vermittlung an ext. Dienstleister Unterstu00fctzung bei der Datenversorgung des Einsatzleit- und des Kommunikationsmanagementsystems sowie Recherchen und Auswertungen Inhouse Helpdesk (1st & 2nd Level Support) fu00fcr ca. 50 MA Erstellen und Fortschreiben von Dokumentationen Mitwirkung bei Schulungen und Fortbildungen der Mitarbeitenden Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem IT - Beruf (z.B.
