The Role We are seeking a Data Analytics Associate/ Manager with three to five years of experience in the field of data analytics / financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust skill set in financial reporting, data analytics and data governance areas. This role is critical to the ongoing refinement of our data and analytics domain, which is foundational to the management of our global real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define financial reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with both internal and external stakeholders Create dashboards, reports and visualizations in PowerBI Develop, improve and manage data governance processes Ensure that high-quality data is delivered by data owners and internal and external data needs are satisfied Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present these in a digestible format to senior management for strategic decision-making Strive to become highly proficient in the use of internal reporting platforms in order to propose improvements to existing processes, consult colleagues and enable self-service analytics at PPRE Acquire deep understanding of PPRE investments and structures in order to lead ongoing changes in data domain Initiate and manage change management projects in data and analytics area with focus on data quality Orchestrate data deliveries to internal and external stakeholders Key capabilities and requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Finance, Real Estate, Business Informatics, quantitative fields) is required; PhD / CFA is a plus Hands-on mentality Data visualization experience, ideally in PowerBI Proficiency in Python and SQL databases are a plus Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Fluency in English is a prerequisite; good level in German is appreciated Standort PIMCO, Munich
