Your profileAs our learner advocate you have an in-depth understanding of adult learning theory, and online course design. You have at least 3+ years experience working as an instructional designer or in a comparable education field, ideally with touch points in corporate education (specifically in HR, Learning & Development, SaaS.) You are experienced in developing individual course curriculum and larger learning programs. You are highly organized and able to autonomously manage client projects to high professional standards. You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable speaking and presenting to all levels within an organization including senior leadership. You speak and write German at/ or near, a native level and possess advanced spoken and written English skills.
