Your responsibilities will span across a diverse range of positions, and you'll have the chance to collaborate with a global team to create best-in-class recruitment tactics and strategies for over 250 roles forecasted in 2024. Key responsibilities : Develop your own sourcing strategies, master Boolean searches, and build a network to source and select the talent required for our unique project, including talent in construction, engineering, manufacturing and operations. Lead and coach your hiring panel on needs, processes, and best practices to scale the team with top-tier candidates. Act as a culture gatekeeper, ensuring candidates align with our values and culture. Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from kick-off to candidate closing. Contribute to developing our talent acquisition function through participation in projects and process improvements.
