Your tasks You are the first point of contact when security incidents occur and score points with your friendly and factual manner as the first inventory orientation You make the necessary technical agreements with our customers regarding their network and system landscapes to prevent risks You accompany the migration of our software products and thus support the technical onboarding of our contractual partners If required, you will define individual recommendations for action in the event of security incident warnings and carry out regular analyses to optimize the use of our software solution You work hand in hand with our security analysts to drive the development of our software by recording security incidents and providing regular customer feedback Your profile You have completed a degree or training in computer science, preferably with a comparable qualification with a focus on cyber security You have already actively dealt with IT security incidents in your professional career and thus expanded your cyber security expertise Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of network structures (e.g. ADS, TCP/IP and/or SMTP) You have good knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange Server You are a talented communicator and have a strong service orientation You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner, but you also enjoy working in a team You can communicate confidently in German (min.
