Situated 70km from Munich in Oberbayern, the clinic is reachable within 1 hours drive. The closest large town is Rosenheim with over 60,000 inhabitants and direct train connection to Munich. The hospital has ultra modern, highly sophisitcated operating theatres and perform over 600 heart surgery interventions, 2000 spinal interventions, and approximately 900 vascular operations yearly. In total, the hospital offers complete care from diagnosis, to surgical procedure, through to full rehabilitation. They specialise particularly in orthopaedic, neuological, internal medicine, and heart and vascular surgical areas, and cover cancers too. The International Department is well known across the globe for its first class medical staff and patient care. With a focus on private patients from the Gulf states, the mixed department has over 50 beds, English and Arab speaking doctors as well as on-hand translators, offering complete care in complex neurological, internal medicine and orthopaedic treatments, through to simple check ups and diagnosis. Based on the best medical staff, facilities and patient care, most patients however choose full inhouse diagnosis, operative treatment and rehabilitation care. The department is staffed as follows:1 Department Head (CA - Internal Medicine), 1 Associate Head (OA - Internal Medicine), 1 Specialsit (OA - General Medicine) and 2 Residents. Due to further expansion of the department a further Resident and Specialist are to be hired. Of Interest are Residents and Specialist from Internal Medicine, General Medicine, Orthopaedic and Neurological backgrounds - as indeed are surgery and intensive care experience. Candidates benefit from receiving hands on training and experience in a multitude of disease patterns, in a multicultural team serving private patients primarily from the Gulf region. Good English language skills in addition to German is welcomed. Knowledge of the Arab language is a distinct benefit.
